And that's a place I choose to stay. ✨ Light and Love friends. ✨ Hi friends! I’m Lynnia, and the creator of Hey You, Stay Golden. I am so, so thrilled that you are here. Your light means everything. I am not new to writing, but I am new to sharing my writings 😉 Writing has been a creative outlet, a healing process, and a journey that is precious and gratifying. Through writing, I am always drawn to the light. Something that can’t really deny us; because within light, there is truth. Though, the light doesn’t come without the darkness, and sometimes I explore that side. But I also make it a point to find the Gold among it - the lesson, the silver lining, the hope, the revelation. It’s a never-ending journey I embrace. ✨ I truly believe that through our stories and experiences, we can begin to find deeper understanding. They can bring us more softness and expansion in our hearts. The more room we create for light to enter, the more we can emit to others. So I am here for the storytellers, the bright stars, the spirit dwellers, the unspoken words, the deeper version of self, the curious, and the truth. For the times it gets so dark we really have to search for the brighter side. ✨ I’ve found peace in the fact that our light never leaves us. I was inspired by the quote above from The Practice Co. (ps-follow then b/c they are truly brilliant, share so much wisdom and insight, and are amazing people!!) because it captures the essence of a journey through light perfectly. It’s not a destination, it is “of being”. It is within us, it surrounds us, it is us. We are light. So I say Stay Golden, because light is what we come from and who we are.
